Passport validity
Valid for at least 6 months on entry.
Entry stamp process
Free visa exemption stamp on arrival. Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) required from 2025 — fill online 72h before landing.
Entry checklist
- Passport valid 6+ months.
- Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form — mandatory from 2025.
- Proof of onward travel (checked on arrival + by some airlines).
- Proof of accommodation or invitation.
- As of Jul 2024: visa-exempt stay extended to 60 days (up from 30) for 90+ nationalities.

Thai baht (THB). ATMs charge ~220 THB per withdrawal; carry a fee-free card.
